奥氏体不锈钢 austenitic stainless steel ①固熔处理:加热到固熔温度(1050〜1100℃),让所有碳化物及冷加工形成的马氏体全部熔人和转变成奥氏体,然后快冷,这种热处理可以得到最软且塑性最高的效果。 ① Solid melting treatment: heat to the solid melting temperature (1050 ~ 1100 ℃), melt and transform all carbides and martensite formed by cold working into austenite, and then cool quickly. This heat treatment can obtain the softest and most plastic effect. ②应力松弛处理:消除内应力(275〜450℃,0.5〜2h),力学性能可以得到改善。 ② Stress relaxation treatment: eliminate the internal stress (275 ~ 450 ℃, 0.5 ~ 2H), and the mechanical properties can be improved. ③稳定化处理:加热至900℃,使大部分碳化铬熔解,使碳化铬不再在晶间析出。 ③ Stabilization treatment: heat it to 900 ℃ to melt most of chromium carbide, so that chromium carbide will no longer precipitate between crystals. ④消除σ-相的处理:在高铬奥氏体不锈钢含镍不足的情况下, 不锈钢锻件热处理时可能会产生σ-相,使钢的冲击韧性值下降。所以,热处理时应可避开σ-相的形成温度(500〜970℃)。 ④ Eliminate σ- Phase treatment: when the nickel content of high chromium austenitic stainless steel is insufficient, it may occur during heat treatment of stainless steel forgings σ- The impact toughness of the steel decreases. Therefore, it should be avoided during heat treatment σ- Phase formation temperature (500 ~ 970 ℃). |
