Vacuum casting can minimize the gas content in metals and prevent metal oxidation. 真空吸铸是将 铸型 浇口(或升液管)插入金属液中,再将铸型抽真空,使铸型型腔内为负压,在负压作用下使金属液沿浇口(或升液管)上升并充满铸型、凝固成形,从而获得铸件的一种铸造方法。 Vacuum suction casting is to insert the casting gate (or riser) into the liquid metal, then vacuum the casting mould, so that the cavity of the casting mould is negative pressure.
