| 脱蜡铸造法有两大类：实心模(Solid Mold)法和陶壳模(Ceramic Shell Mold)法，后者为前者的改良法。 There are two main types of dewaxing casting methods: solid Mold method and Ceramic Shell Mold method. The latter is an improved method of the former. 陶壳模法直到蜡型的制作都跟实心模法相同，只是在一次沾浆和淋砂（或浮砂）之后，并不进行包模作业，而是反复多次地进行沾浆和淋砂，直至获得预定的外壳厚度。干燥、加热、熔流出蜡质，高温加热再行浇注，这种方法为目前的脱蜡精密铸造业者所广泛采用 The pottery shell mold method is the same as the solid mold method until the wax mold is made. Only after a dipping and sanding (or floating sand) process, the encapsulation operation is not carried out. Rather, the dipping and sanding are repeated many times until the predetermined shell thickness is obtained. Drying, heating, melting out wax, heating at high temperature and then pouring, this method is widely used by the present dewaxing investment casting industry. |
