如何保证不锈钢铸件不会被污染 |

我们在使用不锈钢铸件时,往往会出现阳极氧化膜染色后出现白色斑点的情况。这个情况出现的原因是因为不锈钢铸件组织疏松、孔隙率高,含有多种金属和非金属杂质,所以氧化膜质量往往较难保证,但是我们还可以采取别的方法,就是减少不锈钢铸件污染率: When we use stainless steel castings, white spots often appear after anodic oxide film dyeing. But we can take other measures to reduce the pollution rate of stainless steel castings. 1、高电压大电流密度冲击法。即就是在不锈钢铸件氧化初期就采用高压电击,使已被氧化的部分通过电击再连接成片2、表面打磨法。这个方法就是把打磨下来的铝磨填充已被氧化部分留下的缝隙,使产生的缝隙连接在一起,作为桥梁的作用。 1. High voltage and high current density impulse method. That is to say, high voltage electric shock is used in the early oxidation stage of stainless steel castings, so that the oxidized parts are connected into sheets by electric shock. 2. Surface grinding method. This method is to fill the gap left by the oxidized part with the polished aluminium mill, so that the gap can be connected together as a bridge. 2、表面喷丸法。这种方法就是用圆头锤子敲打缝隙,通过敲打使其闭合,可达到连成片的目的。 我们要根据不锈钢铸件被污染的程度选择相对应的对应方法。据相关资料介绍,铸件未清理前,凹坑中充填着熔渣物质。经岩相分析表明,在缺陷处的熔渣物质中有硅酸铁、硅酸锰及硅酸铬等化学物存在。电子衍射结果表明,黑色麻点是由磁铁矿(Fe3O4)及铁铬尖晶石(FeO·Cr2O3)组成。光谱分析结果,在缺陷处金属成分中硅含量增加,而含锰量极少。铸件经过抛丸、喷砂清理后,铸件表面会有灰黑色的麻点,麻点缺陷常出现在铸件的局部厚断面、拐角及内孔部位,甚至是铸件的整个表面上。 2.
