在不锈钢精密铸造中使用较为广泛。不过,该技术相比于硅溶胶制壳工艺的最大问题是所得铸件的表面质量一般,尺寸精度较低。但因其成本具有优势,我国在部分民用或者低精度的内燃机上仍然沿用这一技术。该技术自引进以来,我国科研人员对其进行了比较大的改进,主要表现在改善型壳涂料、优化硬化剂、采用复合型壳等方面。
It is widely used in stainless steel precision casting. However, compared with the silica sol shell making process, the biggest problem of this technology is that the surface quality of the castings is general and the dimensional accuracy is low. However, due to its cost advantage, this technology is still used in some civil or low precision internal combustion engines in China.
