Precipitation hardening stainless steel
沉淀硬化不锈钢锻件热处理包括三个过程:固熔处理、调整处理和时效处理。
The heat treatment of precipitation hardening stainless steel forgings includes three processes: solid melting treatment, adjustment treatment and aging treatment.
固熔处理:处理工艺为1000〜1030℃, lh,空冷。获得的组织为奥氏体加少量铁素体。
Solid melting treatment: the treatment process is 1000 ~ 1030 ℃, LH, air cooling. The microstructure obtained is austenite plus a small amount of ferrite.
调整处理:调整处理的目的是获得一定数量的马氏体,从而使钢得到强化。
Adjustment treatment: the purpose of adjustment treatment is to obtain a certain amount of martensite, so as to strengthen the steel.
时效处理:它是沉淀硬化不锈钢强化的另一途径。当时效温度高于400℃时,会从马氏体中析出金属间化合物,呈高度弥散分布,起沉淀硬化作用。一般在500℃时效,可获得高的硬度和强度。
Aging treatment: it is another way to strengthen precipitation hardening stainless steel. When the aging temperature is higher than 400 ℃, intermetallic compounds will precipitate from martensite, which are highly dispersed and play the role of precipitation hardening. Generally, aging at 500 ℃ can obtain high hardness and strength.
