Basic concept of precision casting

精密铸造是用精密的造型方法获得精确铸件工艺的总称。

Precision casting is the general name of precision casting technology.

种类包括：熔模铸造（失蜡铸造）、陶瓷型铸造、金属型铸造、压力铸造、消失模铸造。

The types include: melt casting (dewaxing casting), ceramic casting, metal casting, pressure casting, and lost mold casting.

重点介绍熔模铸造：选用适宜的熔模材料制造熔模；在熔模上重复沾涂料与撒砂工序，硬化型壳及干燥；再将内部的熔模溶化掉，获得型腔；焙烧型壳以获得足够的强度，烧掉残余的熔模材料；浇注所需要的金属材料；脱壳后清砂，从而获得高精度的成品。根据产品需要或进行热处理与冷加工。精密铸造又叫失蜡铸造,它的产品精密、复杂、接近于零件最后形状，可不加工或很少加工就直接使用，故熔模铸造是一种近净形成形的先进工艺。

Focuses on investment casting: choose appropriate revestment materials manufacturing mold; casting was repeated in the dip coating and sanding process, hardening type shell and drying; then the internal mold melt, get cavity; roasting shell to obtain sufficient strength, burn the residual metal casting mould materials; casting materials needed; shell after cleaning, so as to achieve high precision of finished products. Heat treatment and cold processing according to the needs of the product. Precision casting is also called lost wax casting. Its products are sophisticated, complex and close to the final shape of parts. They can be directly used without processing or little processing. Therefore, investment casting is an advanced technology for forming near net shape.
